Who changes the contract with my current provider?
Innevolution is responsible with terminating the current contract, or to request an entirely new website.
You should, as the owner of the domain, sign a moving contract. 
You remain owner of the domain at all times.

     How much memory do i recieve as a customer?
Customers are entitled with 1 gigabyte of diskspace. This is more then enough for a normal website. If you require more space though, then this can be arranged in consultation with Innevoluiton.
 
     When will the website be ready?
This is dependable on the wishes of the customer. Normally we keep to a schedule of 2 weeks. This is first discussed with the customer. The average lead time is 2 weeks. During these 2 weeks we will discuss various things regarding the website. After this the website will be set up.

     I have requested a test site to see if a website is something for me. Do i pay for this? 
No, if you request a test website with us we will set this up for free. After that you can take a look at the test site, and decide if you wish to transform the test website into a real website.      

       What are the options? (color, shape, layout)
The broad options are discussed with the customer in advance. 
You can choose from a wide range of formats and colors.
You choose the lay-out that best suits you and we will make sure the website is set up.
 
      I want you to change my website at Innevolution. I this still possible?
There is a webmaster available for you on working hours. You can send us a e-mail and you will be notified if your wishes are possible.
 
      Is there a possibility, over time, to maintain the website yourself?
Yes, that possibility is there. 
If you require it we can provide a training where you learn to manage your own website.
 
     Suppose, i maintain the website myself and i make a mistake and the site no longer works. Now what?

We do a weekly back-up of your website. if something should go wrong, we can restore is easily.
